To enable the signature format choice, follow the steps below:
- Open FirmaCerta http://download.firmacerta.it/ca-docs/easyupgrade/FirmaCerta.exe (for Windows);
- click on Utilities;
- click on General Options
- click on General in the top left-hand corner and remove all ticks;
- to complete the procedure, within General Options click on the arrows in the top left-hand corner until you find the Information box: click on "Reset "do not show" again massages".
If the problem persit
