FirmaCerta - I have received an "Incorrect OTP Code" error message when using the Remote Signature. What should I do?

If the following error occurs:

it means that you are entering the incorrect OTP.

You must enter the OTP Code issued by the Namirial OTP App, which remains valid for 30 seconds.

 

Attention: This procedure relates to users of the Namirial OTP App (iOS - 4.2.2.0 and Android - 4.2.0.5 or later versions).
