Remote digital signature
In case the error is displayed when using the Digital Remote Signature product, you need to verify that you have correctly installed the NamirialSignEngine driver.
To resolve this issue, make sure that the NamirialSignEngine service is enabled.

From the FirmaCerta software go to Utilities > General Options > Web Services > and then click on the Enable/Disable button.
If the service icon becomes coloured, it means that the service is available.
