FirmaCerta - I have received a "Non-Existent Virtual Device" error message. What should I do?

If you receive this error, you should:

  • Go to the FirmaCerta software;
  • go to "Settings";
  • enter the username sent via e-mail;
  • Select the virtual Signature Device (alternatively, enter it manually by retrieving the code from the e-mail issuing the certificate).
