FirmaCerta - I have received a "Non-Existent Virtual Device" error message. What should I do?

If the following error occurs, follow the steps below:

  • Access the FirmaCerta software;
  • go into "Settings";
  • enter the username sent to your email address;
  • Select the virtual Signature Device (alternatively, enter it manually by retrieving the code from the email issuing the certificate).
