FirmaCerta - I have received a PKCS#11 error and am unable to use my signature. How do I resolve this issue (Windows)?

The "PKCS#11" error occurs when the Smartcard is not read by the reader used and/or to access the website of Public Administration bodies.




To resolve the issue, you will need to download the Driver required to use the device properly, making sure that your antivirus is temporarily suspended. You will need to restart your PC once installation is complete.
