FirmaCerta - I have received an "Incorrect OTP Code" error message when using the Remote Signature process. What should I do?

If you receive this error:

it means you are entering the incorrect OTP.

You must enter the OTP Code issued by the Namirial OTP App and valid for 30 seconds.

 

Attention: This procedure relates to users of the Namirial OTP App (iOS - 4.2.2.0 and Android - 4.2.0.5 or later versions).
