Reach the Portal:
https://portal.namirialtsp.com/
click on “Access” and log in to your reserved area using your Namirial ID:
On the left-menu, click in sequence on “User” > “Digital Signature” > “Management”:
Once you reach the following page:
Click on the Remote Signature whose PIN you intend to change: the “Change PIN” feature will become available:
Click on “Change PIN” to access the following section (the “Revoke” and “Suspend” features are available on the same page):
Enter the requested data:
- Current PIN;
- New PIN (at least 8 digits);
- Confirm new PIN;
- OTP (generated via App or SMS, according to the OTP type associated with your account);
Click on the “Change PIN” button. If the operation is successfully completed, the following message will be displayed:
The Remote Signature will now respond to the new PIN.
