Reach the Portal:
https://portal.namirialtsp.com/
click “Access” and enter your private area using your Namirial ID:
On the left-menu, click on “User” > “Digital Signature” > “Management”:
Once reached the following page:
Click on the Remote Signature whose PIN you intend to change: the “Change PIN” feature will become available:
Click on “Change PIN” to access the following section (on the same page “Revoke” and “Suspend” features are available):
Enter the requested data:
- Current PIN;
- New PIN (at least 8 digits);
- Confirm new PIN;
- OTP (App or SMS generated, according to the OTP type associated with your account);
Click the “Change PIN” button. Once the operation is successfully completed, the following message will be shown:
The Remote Signature will now respond to the new PIN.
