The procedure to retrieve the Username associated with your Namirial account is here available:

the procedure consists of the three steps illustrated next:
Step 1 – reaching the Username Recovery procedure
Reach the following URL:
https://portal.namirialtsp.com/
Then click on the “Forgotten user name” link:
The user will access the Username Recovery procedure.
Step 2 – entering personal data
Fill in the web form with the requested data:
A) Type of code provided
Chose the personal identifier (Tax Code, ID card, Passport) associated with the Namirial account:
B) Issuer Country
Choose the country where the Personal Identifier (Tax Code, ID card, Passport), associated with the Namirial account, has been issued:
C) Value
Insert the Personal Identifier value (i.e Tax Code, ID card number, Passport Number):
Tick the Captcha validation checkbox and click the “Proceed button”:
If the entered data are valid and correct, the following message will be displayed:
Step 3 – receiving the Username via email
At the end of a successfully completed procedure, an email containing the Username is sent to the address associated with the User:
The email will be sent by:
- Email sender: noreply@namirial.com
- Subject: Namirial ID - Username recovery request
