Namirial OTP Hardware is a mobile device used to generate the so-called One Time Password (or disposable password).
This type of password is used when a high level of security authentication is required (strong authentication).
The OTP might be necessary:
· For the use of a remote digital signature (Remote Signature);
· For access to SPID Level 2 or via Namirial ID service;
· For access to the private area of Namirial TS services.
Warning: Before using the physical OTP make sure it’s activated.

Reserved area access
Access your Reserved Area https://portal.namirialtsp.com/ and click ACCESS.
As an alternative, you can access by clicking directly on the link attached to the mail you received containing the details of your Reserved Area.
RESERVED AREA CREDENTIALS RECOVERY: in case you lose your username and/or password, you can recover each individual data by clicking “Forgotten user name” or “Forgotten password” and following the instructions provided,

Add a Physical OTP
To add a Physical OTP, the user has two choices:
1. From the Homepage, in the Features or services to be activated section, click on Run First OTP Activation
2. From the left-hand side menu, click on User > OTP.
Activate OTP
1. Select the OTP with the status First Activation.
2. Click Activate.
3. Press the OTP device that was provided to you and add the first code.
4. Wait for the code to expire
5. Press the device again to add the second OTP in the dedicated field and finally click Confirm.
