Within the Namirial Sign there is a section dedicated to PIN and PUK management
(functionality valid only for certificates issued on Smart Card and SIM Card Token).
Before following the PIN change, PIN unblocking or PUK change procedures, ensure that you are in possession of the blind envelope (scratch card or digital) associated with the signature device and that it is connected to the PC.
From the menu on the left select Personal Area and then click on Show Device Certificates.
The signature certificates in your possession will be listed. Choose the one (on Smart Card and SIM Card Token devices) for which you want to manage the PIN and/or PUK.
Hover your mouse over the three vertical dots to the right of the identified certificate and select one of the 3 available options: Change PIN, Unlock PIN and Change PUK.
Enter the required codes and click on Confirm to complete the operation.
CAUTION:
In the event of 3 incorrect PUK code entries, the device will be permanently blocked, requiring a new purchase.
