I have digitally signed a document but how come I don't see anything different from the unsigned one?

The digital signature of a document is not a graphic operation, but is an attribute that the document itself acquires when it is encrypted through the signing procedure, so as to guarantee its authenticity, integrity and legal value.

Therefore, except for specific signature procedures: PAdES, we will not see our name and surname on the digitally signed document, but its extension will become p7m and, with the Namirial Sign software or the FirmaCerta software, it will be possible to verify the certificates of the person who signed that document.
