Yes, one or more envelopes can be shared amongst different users belonging to the same organisation.
By default, eSignAnyWhere (eSAW) allows each user to only view the envelopes created through their own user account: however, eSignAnyWhere (eSAW) also allows you to create Teams (groups of users from the same organisation with the Power User role). As a result, the option for envelopes to be shared between users of the same Team can be enabled, and it will also be possible for each user to determine whether or not to share an envelope with other users of the reference Team, whilst creating the former.
