Whenever the sender sends an envelope, the recipient receives - via email - a link that allows them to access the envelope and proceed with the signing process, if required.
Should the recipient not receive the link (e.g. for specific email bouncing problems), the sender can instead retrieve the link (the same one sent via email to the signer) by means of the “Documents” section.
