Can the signer use a Qualified Electronic Signature certificate on a Smart Card/USB Token device from any Certification Authority?

The signer of an eSignAnyWhere (eSAW) envelope can use a qualified signature certificate on a Smart Card/USB Token device issued by any Certification Authority, as long as this certificate is valid.
