After successfully passing the compatibility test, I am waiting for an operator or waiting for a connection, what should I do?

If the "Waiting for an operator" screen appears, you must wait for an operator to answer.

If necessary, repeat the call, always making sure you meet the technical requirements listed on 

If the screen changes from "Waiting for an operator" to "Waiting for connection", but the operator does not appear on the screen, you must close the session and re-register online, ensuring that the technical requirements checked during compatibility testing (listed on are maintained throughout the session.

If appropriate, try to connect from a different device/network (smartphone).
