I cannot pass the compatibility test, what are the reasons?

In the event that you are unable to connect to the URL you received to begin registration:

- check the compliance with the technical requirements listed on https://liveid.namirialtsp.com/app/docs/LiveID+RequirementsITA.pdf , with particular reference to the browser and its version (in no case is the use of the Internet Explorer browser allowed).

- check for the presence of proxies/firewalls/antivirus/VPNs that may prevent the service urls from being reached.

In case you fail the compatibility test after registration, check the following reasons:

  • failure 1st check - network and system
    Check that the technical requirements listed on https://liveid.namirialtsp.com/app/docs/LiveID+RequirementsITA.pdf are met, making sure in particular
    - that the browser in use is among those compatible with the device in use and that it is updated to its latest version;
    - that the connection meets the minimum requirements.

  • failure 2nd check - microphone
    Ensure that the workstation in use meets the technical requirements listed on https://liveid.namirialtsp.com/app/docs/LiveID+RequirementsITA.pdf, avoiding the use of blue-tooth peripherals.
    Check that you have consented to the use of audio/video peripherals for the LiveID service.
    If necessary, select another microphone by interacting with the appropriate menu.

  • failure 3rd check - webcam
    Ensure that the workstation in use meets the technical requirements listed on https://liveid.namirialtsp.com/app/docs/LiveID+RequirementsITA.pdf 
    Check that no blue-tooth peripherals are in use.
    Check that you have consented to the use of audio/video peripherals for the LiveID service. If necessary, select another webcam using the appropriate menu.
    In case of use with desktop/laptop, try the connection from mobile device using the integrated peripherals, respecting the appropriate requirements.

  • failure 4th check - WebRTC
    Ensure that the workstation in use meets the technical requirements listed on https://liveid.namirialtsp.com/app/docs/LiveID+RequirementsITA.pdf. 
    Check that the workstation in use is not restricted by proxy, firewall, VPN, antivirus.
    If the "RTT is too low", try a better performing network that ensures a better latency value (e.g.: switching from desktop to mobile device with mobile data network).
