During the video identification session, the user must have:
- a valid identity document (identity card / driving licence / passport), without plastic protection, intact, legible and complete with photograph. The document must be the same as the one entered during online registration;
- mobile phone (the same one inserted during registration);
- email (the same one inserted during registration).
If the problem persit
