To revoke the OTP there are two options at stake:
- Revocation of the OTP within your User Area (if you can log in)
- Revocation of ALL Namirial OTPs (in case you can no longer log in)
1. Revocation via User Area
- ACCESS your Reserved Area from the following link https://portal.namirialtsp.com
- Enter USERNAME and PASSWORD. Then click on LOGIN
- Click on: User > Profile > OTP
- The page that will be displayed is a summary of the OTPs you have
- To revoke the OTP click once to select it (it will be highlighted in green) and then click on the Revoke button (Warning: the revocation is irreversible)
2- Revocation of ALL Namirial OTPs in the absence of access credentials to the User Area
- LOG in to your reserved area from the following link https://portal.namirialtsp.com and click on cannot generate OTP codes via APP
- When the following page appears, enter your username and click on 'Confirm username'
- The following message will be displayed
- In the email you will be asked to confirm your identity and to proceed with the revocation of all OTPs.
