Yes, it is possible to manage a signature flow that includes parallel signers (signatures requested as part of the same step) and/or consequential signers (the envelope is passed on once a specific signature has been affixed). In addition to the signers, it is possible to include additional recipients for CC or Acknowledgement purposes.
